Childcare Needed

I am looking to find a babysitter that can start helping with my son on weeknights and weekends. Once September is here I will need an after school nanny to meet my son everyday afternoon from 4 p.m. pick up from the bus until 8 p.m. and sometimes later. I am open to guaranteeing at least 20 hours My son will be 3 years old. We need a nanny for our 1 child in New York. And we're looking now! Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities, comfortable with pets and I would like this person to start now for babysitting on weeknights and eventually become a steady nanny to our family.
