Job Responsibilities Contribute to key decisions for the design & development of an embedded space payload Write software in C or C for a space application Collaborate across sites and across disciplines to bring this new capability to life Efficiently respond to developing requirements _Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status._ **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Required: + An existing Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance + Payload development experience on a satellite program + 6 years of embedded software development experience, preferably with C + Strong written and verbal technical communication skills + Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Familiarity with the RF and software-defined radios + SW Architecture experience + Experience creating automated build pipelines such as, gitlab, Jenkins, Ansible, & Atlassian tools + Experience with OpenC3's COSMOS (https://openc3.com/) **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
