Inside Sales Associate (Morin by Kingspan)

The Inside Sales Associate works with Sales representatives and the overall Sales Management team to assist with various sales duties. In addition to these duties, the Inside Sales Associate will assist with special targeted sales and marketing projects.

Essential Functions

1. Support Morin’s direct Regional Sales Managers with full quoting service
2. Assist Regional Sales Managers by contacting customers (sub-contractors) to obtain project information and quote follow-up
3. Assist with updating and reporting Sales metrics through Salesforce CRM
4. Maintain accurate data input and management of Salesforce CRM
5. Lead mining and qualification within various lead services to pass to RSM through Salesforce Leads
6. Distribute pertinent changes and updates to multiple departments to ensure correct material is ordered
7. Supports Regional Sales Managers with Salesforce questions and quote training
8. Provide organizational knowledge to Regional Sales Managers regarding alternative material, alternative coatings, and pricing options
9. Manage CEU program to target Architectural account contacts and facilitate CEU opportunities
10. Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance
11. Follow Compliance requirements per GC IMS 012 Section 2 Roles and Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibility

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. This position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periods of time as well as reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques are required. This position may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for files and computer printouts.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Travel

Occasional travel may occur for further training or to attend the annual sales meeting.

Required Education and Experience

1. High school diploma (or equivalent) and one to three years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
2. College degree preferred

Preferred Education and Experience

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook. Salesforce or other equivalent ERP software knowledge is a must. Knowledge of products and construction industry is preferred.
