Key Responsibilities:

Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins, and safely transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Minor Repairs: Handle basic maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, or repairing minor wall damages.
Facility Security: Lock and unlock buildings, secure premises after operating hours, and monitor for safety hazards.
