Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 36/48 alternating schedule (3x12 or 4x12 Hours) | Shift hours 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | 12 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) required per contract | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
• Document patient information and care accurately using electronic health record systems
• Respond to critical and high-acuity situations in accordance with established clinical protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Current PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
