Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days/Nights Rotating (3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient nursing care to oncology patients in an acute care setting
• Administer chemotherapy and related treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Support bone marrow transplant (BMT) patients throughout their care continuum
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to other facilities within the health system as needed based on staffing requirements
• Complete required onboarding modules and maintain compliance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand prior to start
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC)
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient oncology experience
• Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience
• Teaching hospital experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
• Experience with Epic electronic health records system
