We are looking for a talented Production Support Associate - Level IV to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Drive a strong safety culture by proactively identifying hazards, stopping unsafe work immediately, and modeling full compliance with HSE standards while encouraging teammates to do the same.
• Ensure consistent quality execution by strictly following standard work and helping others apply procedures correctly, while quickly escalating and resolving quality issues to reduce risk and cost.
• Lead by example as a subject-matter resource by coordinating team activities, guiding less experienced team members, and reinforcing best practices across processes.
• Accelerate continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, using formal problem-solving tools, and implementing practical solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maximize operational performance by becoming fully proficient in all processes and independently leveraging company systems and resources to meet production and customer expectations.
• Champion operational excellence frameworks by actively applying Cummins Operating System (COS) and OE methodologies to standardize work, improve flow, and sustain results.
• Adapt quickly to change and manage risk by remaining flexible in a dynamic manufacturing environment, handling uncertainty effectively, and supporting evolving business needs.

  Education, Licenses, Certifications:
  High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  
  Experience:
  Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

Qualifications

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experienced in creating shift end reports and spreadsheet. Strong communication skills and work well with teams across multiple departments to ensure tasks and objectives are complete effective and professionally.
