Campaign Manager Needed Immediately – FL-22 Congressional Campaign

The final six weeks of a congressional campaign can determine the outcome of an election. We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Campaign Manager who is ready to step in immediately and lead a disciplined, high-energy operation through Primary Election Day.

This is a demanding, fast-paced role for someone who understands campaigns, thrives under pressure, and knows how to execute. We’re looking for a leader who can build momentum, solve problems, motivate people, and keep every aspect of the campaign moving forward.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing or serving in a senior leadership role on successful political campaigns

Demonstrated ability to recruit, organize, and lead volunteers and campaign staff

Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Willingness to work the long hours and unpredictable schedule required during the final stretch of a competitive race

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing relationships or political network in Palm Beach, Broward, Collier, or Hendry counties

Ability to bring experienced campaign staff or volunteer leadership

Knowledge of voter contact, field operations, fundraising, and campaign communications

This is a paid contract positionwith competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Immediate availability is essential.
