Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $22–$23/hour (DOE)
Location: City of Industry
Schedule: Flexible scheduling within business hours (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM), up to 8 hours per day. Overtime is not required.

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our customer service operations. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in call center environments and hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, customer-focused, and capable of managing a high volume of inquiries while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Utilize Amazon Seller Central to monitor orders, address customer concerns, and update account information
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Support overall customer satisfaction and retention efforts

Qualifications:

• Previous call center or customer service experience required
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is required
• Bilingual skills are preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer systems and data entry
