Property Mananger

Boutique affordable housing real estate development firm seeks an on-site Property Manager for a new development. The Property Manager will play a pivotal role in tenant relations, maintenance supervision, and rent collection, contributing to the smooth operation of the property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong tenant relations including lease renewals, LIHTC recertifications, and addressing maintenance concerns.
• Supervise vendors and maintenance staff involved in day-to-day building operations.
• Coordinate with back-office staff and tenants to ensure efficient rent collection.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a small entrepreneurial firm environment.
• Fluency with various computer software.
