We are seeking an energetic, floor-focused Front of House Manager for a premier, high-volume upscale steakhouse in Denver. You will be the primary driver of dining room energy, directly leading the service staff, orchestrating table pacing, and ensuring flawless guest hospitality every shift.

What We Seek:
- Upscale Experience: 2 + years of restaurant management experience, with a strong preference for upscale-casual, fine-dining, or steakhouse environments.
- Floor Savvy: Expert knowledge of high-volume dining mechanics, premium wine/beverage service, and reservation software (OpenTable/Resy).
- Metrics Mindset: Experience managing shift labor targets and scheduling to fluctuating sales volume.
- Logistics: Full flexibility for a hands-on schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must live within commuting distance of Denver.
