General Manager - Dessert Concept (Austin Metro)

Position Overview

We are looking for a metrics-driven, floor-first General Manager to take full financial and operational command of our high-volume Cedar Park location. This is a fast-paced, high-transaction dessert concept where success is measured by speed of service, accurate forecasting, and tight cost controls.

Key Responsibilities

• he P&L: Take absolute ownership of the store's financial performance. You will actively manage labor targets shift-by-shift, optimize inventory yields, and aggressively minimize product waste.
• The Shift: Lead from the front during peak high-volume rushes. You are responsible for maintaining line speed, order accuracy, and impeccable store cleanliness.
• The Team: Build your own talent pipeline. You will recruit, interview, train, and develop a high-energy team, keeping turnover low through clear accountability and performance coaching.
• The Local Market: Drive top-line sales by maintaining execution standards and executing local community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Tenure: 3 to 5+ years of full P&L management experience as a General Manager in high-volume Quick Service (QSR) or Fast Casual.
• The Numbers: You must be able to speak directly to your past food costs, labor metrics, and how you successfully turned around or maintained a highly profitable store.
• Speed & Volume: Experience running high-transaction environments (drive-thru or heavy counter-service volume) is required.
• Logistics: Full open availability to manage shifts spanning late nights, weekends, and holiday peak seasons. Must live within a 45-minute commute of Cedar Park.
