Picker Packer

Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We're hiring a Warehouse Order Picker/Packer for a busy fastener distribution warehouse in San Antonio. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse position that requires employees to stay on their feet, move continuously throughout the shift, and accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner.

We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on warehouse work and can maintain accuracy while working at a steady pace.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using an RF scanner/handheld scan gun
• Verify part numbers and quantities for accuracy
• Package and label orders for shipment
• Stage orders for pickup and delivery
• Restock inventory and organize warehouse stock
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50-75 lbs.
• Stand and walk for the entire shift
• Frequently bend, squat, reach, twist, push, and pull while handling inventory
• Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Maintain a fast, consistent work pace throughout the workday

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience needed
• RF scanner experience is required
• Shipping, receiving, or distribution warehouse experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
