Pay: $28.00 – $36.00 per hour (based on experience) + overtime (1.5x)
*Please Note: This position requires a Class A CDL and 3-5 years experience operating a tandem dump and/or end dump. Mountain driving experience required.*

Position Overview
We are seeking a safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to transport heavy equipment, aggregates, and construction materials to and from job sites throughout the Roaring Fork Valley and Aspen/Vail Valley. This role involves operating dump trucks, lowboys, and movement of heavy equipment.
This position requires an experienced driver who can safely haul oversized equipment and construction materials while assisting with loading, unloading, and supporting field operations when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, trailers, tandem dumps, end dumps, and lowboys
- Transport heavy equipment, aggregates, pipe, and construction materials and more
- Load, secure (using proper chains/binders), and transport heavy construction equipment in strict accordance with DOT regulations
- Report maintenance or repair needs promptly (e.g. weekly greasing of truck components)
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation
- Coordinate deliveries with project managers and field crews
- Keep trucks and trailers clean and properly maintained
Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating tandem and end dump required
- Proven mountain driving experience (navigating steep Colorado grades safely) required
- CDL Tanker endorsement (preferred)
- Experience hauling heavy equipment and construction materials
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement requirement
- Ability to work outdoors in varying Colorado weather conditions
