Auto Technician

Aaron’s Elite Auto Service is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join their growing team. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic and foreign vehicles while delivering high-quality customer service and workmanship.

Perform diagnostics and repairs on engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, and drivetrains

Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, inspections, and tune-ups

Use diagnostic equipment and repair software efficiently

Communicate vehicle issues and repair recommendations clearly with service advisors and customers

Complete repairs accurately and within shop timelines

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Follow manufacturer specifications and safety procedures

Automotive repair experience preferred

ASE certification is a plus

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Own tools preferred

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
