Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our fast-paced warehouse fulfillment team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying busy, and want to be part of a company that's growing rapidly, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule
- Sunday - Wednesday
- Four 10-hour shifts
- 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay
- $18.50/hour to start
- Increase to $19.50/hour after successfully completing your first 30 days and meeting performance expectations
- Performance-based raises available
What You'll Do
- Count and pack gummies
- Evaluate, trim, weigh, and package bulk flower
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
- Apply labels to products and shipping containers
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- At least 21 years old
- Dependable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to perform basic math and counting
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to take ownership and work as part of a team
- High effort, high integrity
- NO Drama
Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and have a strong work ethic, we'll give you a shot.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 25 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
