We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy Restaurant General Manager to take full operational and financial ownership of a busy, high-volume family dining location in Pueblo. You will lead the team through high-velocity meal rushes, optimize store profitability, and build a culture of operational accountability.

- Financial Acumen: Proven track record of protecting margins, lowering labor percentages, and managing food cost metrics.
- Logistics: Full flexibility to work a varying schedule including weekends, early mornings, and holiday peak hours. Must live within commuting distance of Pueblo.
