We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role blends customer service with financial responsibilities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounts reconciliation. The ideal candidate is someone who is both people-oriented and numbers-driven, with a strong commitment to accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and accounts payable/receivable
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
