Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Chicago

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper/household assistant for my 2 bed/2 bath condo. I live alone, travel frequently for work, and have a demanding schedule, so consistency and trustworthiness are very important. Responsibilities include general cleaning, changing bed linens, washing and putting away bedding, towels, and laundry, watering indoor plants (especially while I'm traveling), light organization/decluttering, and helping keep the home consistently guest-ready. I'm looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship and learning my preferences over time. I'd like to start with every other week, with the goal of transitioning to weekly visits.
