Job Description
- Handle labor and employment litigation matters from early strategy through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, position statements, correspondence, and other litigation documents
- Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, client communications, and opposing counsel communications
- Work independently and collaboratively with partners, senior attorneys, and litigation teams
- Proactively organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines across an active caseload
- Support clients and case teams with strong legal analysis, practical recommendations, and high-quality written work product
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license required
- 4+ years of litigation experience required
- Labor and employment litigation experience required
- Strong writing, communication, organization, and case management skills required
- Ability to handle litigation responsibilities independently or as part of a team required
- Strong academic credentials preferred
- Law firm labor and employment litigation experience preferred
