Location: Greater Chicago Area | Full-Time | On-Site. This is an in-office opportunity ideal for attorneys who value collaboration, mentorship, and direct access to experienced legal professionals and clients.
Note: Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar and have at least 3 years of attorney experience. Basic court experience is required, including filing pleadings, appearing in court, handling hearings, or working on litigation matters.

Job Description
- Represent clients in a variety of legal matters and court proceedings
- Prepare pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and related legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues to support case strategy and client advisement
- Draft, review, respond to, and file court documents and correspondence
- Attend hearings, court appearances, and litigation-related proceedings
- Evaluate client matters and recommend legal strategies and practical solutions
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and legal strategy
- Manage multiple matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders
- Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Illinois Bar license in good standing
- 3+ years of attorney experience
- Basic court experience handling litigation-related matters
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong client service orientation
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required
