- Available to work at following locations: Richmond, East End, Chester, and Colonial Heights.
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the electronic health record system
- Verify insurance details and assist with billing inquiries
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
- Support clinical staff by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
