Location
This is a full-time, on-site role based in a professional, collaborative office environment in downtown Greenville, South Carolina.
Note
This role requires an active South Carolina bar license, or successful passage of the Uniform Bar Exam with eligibility to apply for South Carolina licensure, along with meaningful civil litigation experience.

Job Description
- Handle a diverse litigation caseload including medical malpractice defense, commercial disputes, and general civil litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery with minimal supervision
- Take and defend depositions and manage discovery strategy
- Appear in court for hearings, motions, and other proceedings
- Work directly with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy
- Manage cases independently as experience level increases
Qualifications
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Active South Carolina bar license or UBE passage with SC eligibility
- Courtroom experience, including hearings or depositions
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage cases efficiently and think strategically
- Medical malpractice defense experience is a strong plus, but not required
