Experience
- Experience in academic medicine, medical education administration, or healthcare program coordination preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate complex schedules.
- Ability to clearly communicate via email and other written formats.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, trainees, and other department staff.
- Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities.
- Commitment to providing responsive and studentcentered support.
The position is entirely remote except for 1 Monday every 4 weeks where the coordinator is expected to help with orientation in person at the McLean Belmont campus (usually 8am to 12pm that day).
