About the Role

As a key contributor to the Community Team, you will strengthen the bond between our offerings and global audiences, build a thriving community of practice for learning-focused solutions, and champion the voices of educators and parents. Your strategic support for impactful campaigns and events will directly influence how technology empowers learning worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a community engagement strategy that supports a growing user base and expanding global audience for learning solutions.
- Manage the educator community in close collaboration with the social, marketing, and product management teams, serving as a champion for educators and parents around the world.
- Drive adoption of learning solutions through coordinating strategic community activations, such as trainings and events.
- Lead the Ambassador program to identify and collaborate with community leaders for regional leadership and representation, product insights, and innovation.
- Regularly communicate and create reports that surface listening updates, learnings, and data around key beats while highlighting opportunities for product and marketing teams.
- Advocate as the voice of the educator in product strategy, feature development, and learning experiences by providing input and community feedback to the product team.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2-4 years of community management or similar social media marketing experience.
- A passion for education with a love for the company's core offerings, an understanding of its community, and the conviction to put our audience first.
- Experience with education, educational technology, or teaching communities, policies, and best practices.
- Familiarity using data to adjust and optimize strategy and activations for community-facing channels.
- Familiarity and user of community and social media platforms.
- Candidates must have an understanding of the company's core offerings (e.g., have interacted with them or possess general knowledge).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- An education background or experience in an education-adjacent role (candidates do not need to have been a teacher).
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with the learning-focused version of the company's solutions.
Compensation
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50/hr - $53/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
