Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, screen visitors, vendors, and/or contractors, and document access activity according to site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated interior and exterior areas, including operational spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Support badge administration, visitor sign-in processes, key and/or access device accountability, and reporting of unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
