Companion Care Needed

I'm looking for respite care for my 30-year-old child who currently is bed bound. She is not intellectually challenged, this is a chronic physical disability that waxes and wanes. Care would require diaper changings every 3-4 hours with related clean-up, as well as medication and light hygiene in the morning. I'm looking for someone who is a little OCD on patient cleanliness and is happy to have some quiet time in between her care to sleep, watch TV, study, etc. Actual hand-on work is likely less than 3 hours, but shift is 8 hours. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with our large but loving cat.
