Seeking a compassionate, dependable Companion & Independence Coach for my friendly 27-year-old son with epilepsy and a developmental disability. He loves being active, social and helpful. This is an active, engaging role focused on building confidence, independence, life skills, and community involvement—not just supervision. Looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, encouraging growth, and forming a genuine connection. Reliable transportation required. Experience with caregiving, autism, epilepsy, education, or coaching is a plus, but a positive attitude and patience are most important. Competitive pay. Part-time weekday hours.
