House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

My family and I plan to move out within a couple of months because my husband just passed away. I have been renting my friend's house for 5 1/2 years, and I want to deep-clean and leave her house as it was when we moved in. I really need the walls throughout the house, stair railing (banister), and baseboards cleaned for me, as I have sciatica and balance issues and have trouble reaching these areas.
