Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Our client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Location: Round Rock, TX 78681
Compensation: $120K-$160K (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide appropriate treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications:

• Current PA or NP license in Texas.
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
