Responsibilities- Operate production machines and equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Load and unload parts from machines and monitor equipment performance
- Use hand tools, power tools, wrenches, and measuring devices to complete production tasks
- Inspect parts for quality and ensure products meet specifications
- Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and production standards
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity goals
- Rotate between workstations to support production needs and cross-training
- Report equipment issues, production concerns, and safety hazards promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Minimum of 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced production setting
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, wrenches, and tape measures accurately
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes
- CNC machine operating experience
- Experience with CNC lathes
- Deburring equipment experience
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings

Schedule- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Initial training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) for approximately 2 weeks to 2 months

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.05 - $21.55/hr.
