Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Marion, OH. This is a full-time, on-site role serving a diverse caseload across multiple age groups, including preschool through high school.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct play-based assessments for preschool-aged children
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to preschool students
• Deliver direct services to middle school and high school students
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Ohio
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices across pediatric populations
• Experience with school-based services preferred (but not required)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
