We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Services Associate to support individuals and families with insurance, billing, and property-related administrative needs in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position combines client service, bookkeeping coordination, and vendor management to help maintain organized financial records and dependable day-to-day support. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing multiple priorities, communicating with a range of stakeholders, and handling sensitive information with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate annual health insurance renewal and enrollment activities for family clients, helping ensure timely submissions and accurate coverage selections.
• Partner with brokers to organize insurance options and support implementation of coverage strategies that align protection needs with cost efficiency.
• Administer bill payment activities for several clients by reviewing documentation, confirming accuracy, and ensuring payments are processed on schedule.
• Work alongside Accounts Payable and real estate support teams to monitor invoices, secure approvals, and maintain payment timelines.
• Arrange utility accounts and essential property services for newly acquired or established residences, and follow through to confirm billing begins correctly.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, brokers, and internal partners to resolve questions and keep service activities moving forward.
• Prepare, track, and organize financial and administrative records so documentation remains complete, accessible, and audit-ready.
• Handle private client and financial information with sound judgment, discretion, and a high standard of confidentiality.• At least 3 years of experience in client services, bookkeeping, insurance support, or a related administrative function.
• Working knowledge of health, property, or casualty insurance processes, including renewals, enrollment, or policy coordination.
• Experience supporting accounting or payment operations, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Familiarity with invoice tracking, approvals, vendor coordination, and accounts payable workflows.
• Ability to support real estate-related administrative tasks, including utility setup and service coordination for properties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive information responsibly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
