Production Assembler Operator

Job description

We are looking for Medical Device Assemblers for a large medical device manufacturing company.

Location - Temecula, CA

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

1st shift: M-F 5am – 1:30pm or 6am – 2:30pm
2nd shift: M-F 2pm- 10:30pm or 2:30pm – 11pm

Split shift M-F 9:30am-7:00pm

Pay Rate:

Operator I 0 - to 2 years of experience $19.25 Day/Split OR $21.18 Swing
Operator II 3 to 4 years of experience $20.00 Day/Split OR $22.00 Swing
Operator III 5 + years of experience $20.75 Day/Split OR $22.83 Swing

Job Duties:

• This position is responsible for the production of high quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
• Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices when performing all operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives in order to enhance production processes to achieve quality and profitability metrics.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure traveler and quality documents are accurate, all parts are traceable and quality issues can be addressed to assure the quality of all products.

Education - High school degree or equivalent required.
