Location: Lander, Wyoming
Employment Type: Full-Time preferred (Part-Time considered)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM-1:00 PM)
Setting: Outpatient clinic with hospital privileges for deliveries and surgical procedures
A well-established physician-owned multi-specialty women's health practice in Lander, Wyoming is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while enjoying an outstanding quality of life in a supportive rural community.
Physicians in this practice benefit from strong clinical autonomy, a long-standing reputation in the region, and the ability to work across both outpatient clinic and hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across all age groups
Conduct annual wellness exams and preventive screenings
Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
Perform deliveries at the affiliated local hospital
Diagnose and treat a wide range of reproductive health conditions
Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries
Provide counseling on contraception, menopause, and reproductive health
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with clinic and hospital responsibilities
Approximately 16-20 patients per day in clinic
Hospital call coverage required for deliveries
Option to provide coverage in a nearby affiliated location when not on call
Strong physician-led and community-focused environment
Established practice with over 65 years of service history
Supportive team-based clinical model
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure
DEA certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (new graduates considered)
Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills
Willingness to work in a rural setting with hospital call responsibilities
Initial phone interviews with leadership and physician team
On-site visit including clinic shadowing, community tour, and housing overview (3-4 days)
Comfortable practicing in a rural healthcare setting
Willing to participate in hospital call coverage
Strong commitment to community-based, full-spectrum women's health care
Ability to work collaboratively in a physician-led environment
