Job Description
The Class B CDL Driver safely delivers custom cabinetry to customers while maintaining a high level of care and attention to detail to prevent damage. This role requires the ability to maneuver delivery equipment in tight and underdeveloped areas, lift up to 100 pounds, and provide excellent customer service. When not on the road, the driver supports warehouse operations, including organizing inventory and assisting with production tasks.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class B commercial vehicle with manual transmission to deliver custom cabinetry and related products.
- Drive and deliver products to customers’ garages in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Handle and maneuver two-wheel and four-wheel carts in small, tight, and underdeveloped areas to complete deliveries.
- Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 100 pounds while maintaining product integrity and preventing damage.
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations, building rapport and representing the company professionally.
- Assist in organizing, loading, and unloading trucks with products and materials.
- Support warehouse operations during downtime, including general warehouse tasks and assisting production as needed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Help maintain accurate warehouse inventory by properly handling and storing products.
- Follow all safety protocols, DOT regulations, and company procedures while driving and working in the warehouse.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support delivery, warehouse, and production activities.
- Active Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with no restrictions and a valid Medcard.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle confidently and safely.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure custom cabinetry is delivered without damage.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Experience with warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing products.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Reliable driving skills and comfort working in both driving and warehouse environments.
- Class A CDL or Class B CDL experience.
- Prior warehouse experience, including inventory handling and general warehouse duties.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Comfort working in a loud, dusty manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Ability to adapt between driving responsibilities and supporting production as needed.

Work Environment
The role is based in a large manufacturing and warehouse environment that can be loud and dusty. Most work occurs in the warehouse area, away from the main manufacturing equipment, but still within an active industrial setting. Typical hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., depending on delivery schedules. Drivers are home every night, with at most one overnight trip per week. Work involves frequent lifting, use of forklifts and pallet jacks, and regular movement between the warehouse and delivery locations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $56160.00/yr.
