Job Description
Work on a production line to package and prepare products for storage and shipment in a food manufacturing setting. This role involves general labor tasks while following safety and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities- Package products, palletize, and shrink wrap for shipment
- Clean and sanitize work areas
- Move materials using a pallet jack
- Weigh products and record accurate data
- Lift and move bags (up to 50 lbs; team lift for heavier items)
- Push and pull wheeled containers throughout the shift
- Perform general production, assembly, and packaging tasks
- Follow all safety and food handling guidelines
- Experience in general labor, manufacturing, construction, or similar work
- At least 1 year of steady work history
- Ability to stand for long shifts (8–12 hours)
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Production or food manufacturing experience
- Assembly or packaging work
- Attention to detail with weights and documentation
- Food production setting requiring strict hygiene and safety practices
- PPE required (e.g., protective clothing, hair covering, safety gear)
- Physically active role with varying temperatures depending on the season

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albert Lea, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
