Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Medical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator with recent ambulatory care experience to support a busy clinic with both clinical and front desk duties. This role is key to keeping patient visits running smoothly and efficiently.

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Compensation

Pay: The anticipated wage for this position is between $31 and $33
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vital signs, and prepare exam rooms
• Assist with procedures, specimen collection, POC testing, and vaccinations
• Support check-in/check-out, scheduling, and prescription refills
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and patient messaging (CRM/In-Basket Management)
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

✅ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Medical Assistant Certificate (or equivalent training) required
• BLS required
• CMA – Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
• Epic experience strongly desired
• Must have recent ambulatory care experience of at least 1 year, specifically with check-in/check-out, rooming, and injections
