Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We need companion care for my adult sister with Down-Syndrome in Falls Church/Alexandria. I. Responsibilities include meal preparation and grocery shopping and light tidying. We're looking for someone to provide companionship, and to keep her active throughout the day, such as going to the gym, walking, going to the movies, swimming, etc. Car required.
