Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: She feels down some days so doing some basic stretching/walking helps. She would need help with 1 meal on the days a sitter/caregiver comes. About the care needs: A helping hand with making dinner and doing some stretching with some verbal positive motivation. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
