Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a nanny to help care for my children. I have a very active 9-month-old baby boy who requires close attention and care. Responsibilities include playing with him, carrying him, changing diapers, and preparing his milk and food. I also have a 2-year-9-month-old daughter. She is more independent, so only minimal assistance is needed with her. Our day usually starts around 12:00 p.m. After feeding and getting the children ready, we often go out, and the nanny would accompany us to help carry the baby bag, stroller, and assist with the children. Additional duties include light housekeeping and laundry related to the children. A 12-hour shift would be ideal for our family.
