Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My 3-year-old is very active, likes to play outside and swim in our pool and play cars, ride bikes. My 2-month-old literally just needs 2-month-old things, fed, burped, changed, interacted with. My husband is working too much lately and too tired to help me.
