Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring Epic EMR proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of PACU experience.

• Post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) setting within a hospital environment
\n
• Day shifts, 8 hours per shift (5x8 schedule)
\n
• Variable start times based on surgical schedule and unit needs, with typical start times of 0900, 1000, or 1330
\n
• Floating between all facilities within the state is required
\n
• 13-week contract
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active CA RN license required
\n
• Minimum 2 years of PACU experience required
\n
• Epic EMR experience required
\n
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
\n
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
\n

Additional Information\n

\n
• Former permanent employees of the Providence health system must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
\n
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
\n
• Refusal to float between facilities may result in termination of the assignment
\n
