Annual Salary: $100,725 - $142,225 (Based On Experience).  $25,000 Sign on Bonus.  $15,000 Relocation Bonus.  Monday - Friday Schedule.  Salary + Quality / Production Bonus.  Comprehensive Benefit plan and Paid Malpractice Coverage.  CME Time & $$$.  Hospital-Employed W-2 Position.  All Outpatient Primary Care.
