Registered Nurse Clinical Manager Home Health

Medi Home Health Agency, a proud member of the Medical Services of America family is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to join our Home Health team in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, King George, Stafford, and Culpeper (Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, King George, Stafford, Culpeper), VA.

Responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Receives and approves requests for services, re-certifications, add-on orders, changes and/or discharges.
\n
• Overseas the scheduling of all patient services.
\n
• Audits physician's modified orders for accuracy, legibility and content prior to forwarding to physician's office for signature.
\n
• Reviews and signs all lab reports. Notifies physician of any clinical facts as the relate to the patient's condition
\n
• Conducts in-home supervisory visits.
\n
• Initiates diagnostic, preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate to the client's care and safety.
\n
• Observes, records and reports the client's reaction to treatment and any change in the client's condition.
\n
• Teaches, supervises and counsels the client and family regarding home nursing procedures and other care needs as appropriate to the clients condition.
\n

Job Requirements

\n

\n
• Current RN license in the state of VA from an accredited school of nursing required
\n
• Must have proper knowledge of Home Health regulations and Reimbursement
\n
• Minimum of one-year Home Health experience required
\n
• Minimum of two years nursing experience
\n
• Oasis experience required.
\n
