This position is responsible for supporting the Producer in all administrative aspects of commercial insurance.

What we need from you:

• Experience - Must have 1-2+ years of experience in the insurance industry specifically in the area of commercial lines
• Knowledge - You are strongly knowledgeable of insurance terminology
• Licensed - You currently have your Property & Casualty License
• Customer Service - You have excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills
• Educated - You have a drive to keep learning. High school diploma required, college degree preferred.

Position:

• Responsible for the daily service requirements on the assigned book of business
• Binding coverage and confirming with client, Billing, Certificates, Change requests and audit processing, Review of policies and coverage breakdowns
• Market renewal business and assist the producer in the marketing of new business as assigned
• Independently respond to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, and related matters
• Assist in new and renewal proposals
