Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical ICU position in Worcester, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience preferred.

Details\n

\n
• Medical ICU (MICU) setting at an acute care hospital in Worcester, MA
\n
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
\n
• Scheduling is based on unit needs; block schedules cannot be accommodated
\n
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
\n
• Floating to other adult ICUs required as needed
\n
• Charting performed in Epic
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active MA RN license required
\n
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
\n
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience highly preferred; candidates with less experience will still be considered
\n
• Must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for this position
\n
• Two professional references required, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher
\n
• Must have a clear nursing license with no prior disciplinary actions
\n

Additional Information\n

\n
• Provide critical care nursing to adult medical ICU patients
\n
• Pass/fail EKG test required as part of the onboarding process
\n
