ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

• Full-time position with 4- or 5-day work week flexibility
• 32 face to face patient care hours per week
• Minimum 188 workdays per year
• Competitive salary and generous benefits package
• Salary range $270-300k
• 401(k) contribution
• Productivity compensation model with base pay
• Malpractice coverage
• Patient-centered, physician led and managed medical group
• Shareholder track available
• Clinic support staff includes Medical Assistants, Referral Coordinator, and other office staff
• Average patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients per day
• Established referral base with strong community demand
• Clinic locations in Placerville, Cameron Park, and El Dorado Hills
• Dedicated operating room block time available
• No call coverage
