Speech Language Pathologist

Help students find their voice and thrive in the classroom! Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our collaborative team and provide speech-language services to K–12 students in Fairfield, CA for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Position Overview:

• Provide on-site speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50–55 K–12 students.
\n
• Conduct speech-language evaluations, interpret diagnostic results, and develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student success.
\n
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support communication goals and monitor student progress.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely student records while demonstrating flexibility to support school site assignments based on district and student needs.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
\n
• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License (CA-SLP)
\n
• Prior school-based experience or the ability to independently manage a standard school caseload across various grade levels
\n
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
