Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU/IMC/Stepdown) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a 30-bed Intermediate Care Unit.
\n
• Collaborate efficiently with Charge Nurses and Clinical Assistants to optimize patient outcomes.
\n
• Interpret and manage electrocardiogram strips independently.
\n
• Titrate various medication drips safely, including Amiodarone and Heparin.
\n
• Manage patients requiring intermediate care acuity, including those on Tikosyn therapy.
\n
• Participate in unit rotation and float to Tele or MedSurg as required, ensuring excellent patient care across multiple settings.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current and valid RN license in West Virginia.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
\n
• Proficiency with NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) assessment.
\n
• Experience with titrating medication drips and interpreting cardiac rhythms.
\n
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
\n
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills in a high-acuity environment.
\n
